The Brief
Wow, impress and entertain 900 guests from around the world at the gala dinner to culminate the end of a large multi day conference.

Fill the venue with theming and enthral the guests with entertainment from beginning to end and create a stunning evening that sparks their imagination and invigorates their senses.

The Orange Solution
A mystical and multi level theming and entertainment black tie event designed to engage, intrigue and surprise guests from the time they arrived to their departure.

We understood the clients requirement for a formal black tie event and what that needed and delivered on their expectations.

The client also expressed concerns about the nature of the guests and the fact that they may be quite reserved - however we solved that and created an event with dancing & celebration into the small hours.

THEMING

• Design, carve and build props to create a mystical wonderland to engage and enthral guests.


• Create three dimensional sets for two stages.


• Full creative development and extensive design and testing on props to be rigged from the 20 metre ceiling


• Artists Visuals and story board provided for client sign off


• Props all designed and created in-house


• Full set built in-house and then re-built onsite


• Rigging requirements for backdrops, set and props

ENTRAINMENT

Multiple entertainment solutions provided, utilising most of the entertainment, make up and costuming services we provide.

Entertainers were used throughout the event to build excitement and to accentuate the different aspects of the gala dinner.

EXTRAS

• Extensive logistical planning and management to seamlessly coordinate venue requirements, catering requirements, entertainment, pack in, technical and multi supplier requirements, event run sheet, event management and pack out requirements.


• Guest safety and OHS plan required to cover rigging and other theming and entertainment.


• Short timeframes requiring precise logistics and team work for pack in and pack out due to the availability of the venue.
