VENUE DESIGN AND THEMING
  • Design, carve and build props to create a jungle environment for attendees to immerse themselves in.

  • Create three dimensional sets for five stages and six breakout room entrances.

  • Full creative development and extensive design and testing on props and sets prior to installing event.

  • Artists Visuals and story board provided for client approval

  • Props all designed and built in-house

  • Full set built in-house and then re-built onsite

  • Rigging requirements for backdrops, set and props


ENTRAINMENT
  • Entertainment extravaganza to open each day of the conference

  • Multiple entertainment solutions provided throughout the conference for a variety of needs; sponsor cocktails, entertainment to start and finish each day, top covers band for gala awards dinner.


TECHNICAL
  • Speaker Prep room and technical requirements supplied as per speakers needs.
